Restoring the Integrity of God’s Message in the Church.mp4

There are messages that have been stolen within the church—whether in ministry, in the lives of ministers, or in the assembly themselves . The Bible says, "Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn." (Deuteronomy 25:4, 1 Corinthians 9:9). This means that if an ox is muzzled while working in the field, it will lose strength. If it is not allowed to eat, it will not be able to plow effectively.

Likewise, many ministers have been given messages that could have transformed and impacted multitudes. However, these messages have been compromised due to the needs within the church, in their personal lives, or in the ministry. There are people within the church who are called to support the work of God financially and to stand with ministers, but when they fail to do so, it places a burden on those preaching the Word.

Scripture teaches us, "If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?" (1 Corinthians 9:11). This highlights the principle of exchange—those who labor in the spiritual realm should also be supported materially. Unfortunately, in many churches today, the principle of giving has been neglected. As a result, some ministers focus on financial appeals rather than delivering the messages God has given them.

We have seen instances where a prophecy was true and accurate, but because a minister later asked for a financial seed, people's hearts grew cold toward the message. This shows how the needs of the ministry can sometimes corrupt the purity of God's word.

When Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem, he discovered that the priests had left their duties and gone into secular work (Nehemiah 13:10-11). This became a limitation for Israel, as the priests were no longer available to serve in their divine calling. In the same way, many ministers today are unable to fully focus on their God-given assignment because financial struggles force them to seek other means of survival.

It is time for us to call back the priests from  the field by practicing the Kingdom principles of giving. Ministers should not have to struggle to deliver God's message because of financial constraints. This is not just a call to support the ministry—it is a call to take responsibility for the house of God.

I pray that God will help us to restore His word in the church, to raise up true worshippers, and to establish His Kingdom. May we be faithful in our giving so that the work of God can continue unhindered.

Let me pray for you:

May the Lord bless you and open your heart to understand these principles. May He provide for you as you honor His house. In Jesus' name, Amen.

God bless you.
